Santa Claus
I was just doodling and, for some reason, I drew Santa Claus. It's April. It doesn't make any sense. I think he was in my head because I'm currently working on a science-fiction/comedy pilot and I was listening to a lot of Flaming Lips. So, you know, "Christmas On Mars".

Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth
The second of my 4 (planned) Sonic Youth portraits. This one is Thurston Moore. I like this one more than my Kim Gordon portrait. I might go back and re-do that one when I put the final 4 together. Once again, the wallpaper pattern is from the movie Coraline.

Kim Gordon from Sonic Youth
Hey, look. It's Kim Gordon from Sonic Youth. I love Sonic Youth. I'm very afraid that they've broken up forever, but if they have, at least they had a good run. I plan to draw the other 3 folks from the band in a similar style and combine them. Let's see if that happens.
